Over 8 weeks, we’ll reorient your relationship to dating via:

2 hour group sessions held every Tuesday from 7-9pm EST / 4-6pm PST

Feeling Embodied practices to integrate learning in real time

Accountability buddy work that’ll keep you on track

Access to a WhatsApp thread w your cohort where you’ll cheer each other on, arrange IRL meet ups, and process together

Each 2 hour session includes:

Breakout groups to process intimately and practice sharing vulnerably

Reflection time to build pattern rewiring awareness

Embodied practices so that your learning has a place to integrate into your somatic system

Week by Week Breakdown

Week 1

a grounded look at modern dating, tech, isolation, gender shifts, and how all of it lives in the body. we’ll also have an intro to somatic self-compassion + why this work matters to better connect w yourself.

Week 2

how we come back home (to ourselves + the world around us). we’ll start w tuning into the wisdom in your body and learning the basics of your nervous system so you can actually feel grounded again.

Week 3

building a relationship with your inner systems of knowing — thoughts, emotions, body, and TruthVoice. learning how to tell intuition from anxiety and exploring the frameworks that help you trust yourself.

Week 4

addressing story, shadow + wound. owning our shadows, early experiences + patterns, Big T vs Little T, and how modeling + attachment shape the way we relate now.

Week 5

understanding thoughts, ego, and the inner critic. why the mind tries to take over, how judgment differs from discernment, and what it takes to step out of self-sabotage.

Week 6

deepening emotional intelligence. noticing your triggers, patterns, and protective armor — and learning how to shift old responses from the inside out.

Week 7

returning to the body as a portal. exploring sensuality and the erotic, owning desires, and having a relationship to pleasure before connecting with someone else.

Week 8

off the mat + into the world. bringing what we’ve learned into daily life: nervous system regulation, TruthVoice, presence, and honesty — plus group reflection + integration.

Allie Hoffman, MArts, Psychology For nearly 20 years, Allie's work has focused on community building. Media she has produced or directed has been viewed more than 150 million times, changed laws in 33 different states, and was featured in publications like the New York Times, Guardian, Teen Vogue on a regular basis. Her past clients include Alicia Keys, Charlize Theron, Pharrell Williams, Caitlyn Jenner, and Jose Andres, and more. In 2021, Allie transitioned from building digital --> IRL movements, and began focusing exclusively at the intersection of experience design, community and inner work. Her flagship offering, 'the feels', was launched in Aug 2022 and since then has hosted thousands of people across 4 cities. Allie holds an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from Columbia University.

With an extensive background in business strategy and consulting, she skillfully bridges structure and intuition, creating containers that honor both process and transformation. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to cofound Resilient Recovery, an innovative program integrating somatic nervous system work with addiction recovery to address root causes and center trauma-informed practice.

What if I can’t make a session live? arrow

We highly recommend attending live for the full experience (the somatics, the relating, the emergent magic). That said, recordings of the teaching portions will be made available each week if you have to miss. 

Will I get personalized feedback? arrow

Yes. Between small group work, accountability buddies + the Cohort Thread – there are opportunities to get direct support. While the large group sessions are more instructional and experiential, the smaller containers allow for more intimate processing and feedback.

With Beth’s decade of experience as a somatic therapist and Allie’s master’s in spiritual psychology, we bring a unique perspective to the dating industry. Over the past three years, we’ve hosted thousands of people at our events and have seen firsthand how somatic practices can completely shift the way someone shows up in dating.
