Intro to the course: our agreements + values, and the journey ahead. a look at modern dating, tech, gender shifts, and how all of it is pulling us away from ourselves + each other. how we make it back to ourselves through new ways of seeing + self-commitments for the next 8 weeks + why they matter.
We look back: addressing wounds + how they form, the relationships we grew up around, and the Big T vs Little T experiences that shape us. we’ll also explore the shadows created in response and how enoughness + worthiness show up in our lives now.
How to gain new seeing: a look at patterns and how they repeat across our lives, how they once protected us, and identifying when we’re armoring.
Accessing truth: building a relationship with your inner systems of knowing — thoughts, emotions, body, and TruthVoice. learning how to develop your own ISOK and build trust with your internal signs.
Getting outta mind: examining the ego as a tyrant and how it pulls us out of presence. Understanding judgement, inner saboteurs, and releasing your inner critic. we’ll also explore flow state and why creative expression opens new access points to the self.
Building emotional intelligence: emotion–mind connection, what lies at the surface, and how to read the signals. we will explore positive psych, projection, and what it means to own your emotional experience in a grounded way.
The body as portal: pleasure, sensuality, the erotic, and what it means to own your desires. we’ll adapt the RBDSM-A to deepen self-honesty and bring more ownership into your relational dynamics.
Off the mat + into the world: how to carry this work forward into daily life, tuning into TruthVoice + ISOK, staying in pattern-breaking through small steps, and becoming more honest with yourself. Continuing to carry course goals forward.

Beth Foley
Beth is a trauma-informed somatic educator, therapist, and facilitator passionate about guiding humans toward feeling more at home in their bodies and more connected in their relationships. She holds deep reverence for emergent experience— the magic that happens when we show up fully, in real time. Her work invites participants into deeper embodiment, honest relating, and authentic discovery. With an extensive background in business strategy and consulting, she skillfully bridges structure and intuition, creating containers that honor both process and transformation. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to cofound Resilient Recovery, an innovative program integrating somatic nervous system work with addiction recovery to address root causes and center trauma-informed practice.
“I love the container that you created — the mix of presentation and participant sharing in breakouts kept me engaged and curious. I really appreciated the question choices that helped us start creating psychological safety with each other. I have so much to learn about listening to my body and wish I knew more before and during my last relationship.”

We highly recommend attending live for the full experience (the somatics, the relating, the emergent magic). That said, recordings of the teaching portions will be made available each week if you have to miss.
Yes. Between small group work, accountability buddies + the Cohort Thread – there are opportunities to get direct support. While the large group sessions are more instructional and experiential, the smaller containers allow for more intimate processing and feedback.
With Beth’s decade of experience as a somatic therapist and Allie’s master’s in spiritual psychology, we bring a unique perspective to the dating industry. Over the past three years, we’ve hosted thousands of people at our events and have seen firsthand how somatic practices can completely shift the way someone shows up in dating.
Only if you want it to. If you show up, stay open, and engage with the practices, you’ll walk away with a different capacity in your nervous system, a clearer lens, and an actual plan for how to relate from a more centered you, not your survival strategies.
Yes. This isn’t just a “how to date” course — it’s a reorientation to how you show up in connection. That’s relevant whether you’re single, dating, partnered, or in a season of pause. It’s about building the internal infrastructure for relating better.
While this is only the second time we’re offering an online course, we have been hosting thousands of singles across the country via a live event called, ‘the feels’ – and we know the same approach we’re applying here – embodiment, being open, unwinding patterns – is really effective. 70% of all feels attendees walk out with the contact info for someone they’re excited about, and we’ve got dozens of stories of ppl falling in love.
If you’re ready to relate from your body — not just your brain — let’s begin. Spots are limited. First session starts JANUARY 27TH 2026
