We see a lot, hosting thousands of you every month.
We’re alongside you, as you navigate the challenges of modern dating.

We see what you’re in, as it relates to tuning into your knowing, building resilience and feeling empowered.

We also see what you’re up against: low self-trust, disembodiment, attachment patterning, ghosting, breadcrumbing, gaslighting, dysregulation.

    So we mapped out the best path we could, for getting you from

  • Feeling hopeless + helpless => feeling confident + excited;
  • Feeling concerned + like giving up => feeling ready + worthy;
  • Feeling unsure + outta control => feeling self-aware + full of agency;
  • Feeling alone + isolated => feeling like you’ve got a crew of ppl who have your back.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll reorient your relationship to dating. We’ll do that via:

  • 120 min group sessions held every Tuesday from 7-9pm EST / 4-6pm EST;
  • Small group work that’ll convene 1x/week to foster connection building + healthy relating;
  • Embodied practices to integrate learning in real time;
  • Accountability buddy work that’ll keep you on track;
  • 20 min 1:1 coaching sessions w Allie + Beth, available for an additional cost.

Each 120 min session will include:

  • ‘Talk time’ - instructional material designed to teach (see week-by-week breakdown below);
  • Breakout groups to process intimately and practice sharing vulnerably;
  • Reflection time to build pattern rewiring awareness;
  • Embodied practices so that your learning has a to integrate into your somatic system;
  • Space for the emergent cuz that’s how we do!
Along the way, we're going to help you better understand

Beth is a trauma-informed somatic educator, therapist, and facilitator passionate about guiding humans toward feeling more at home in their bodies and more connected in their relationships. She holds deep reverence for emergent experience— the magic that happens when we show up fully, in real time. Her work invites participants into deeper embodiment, honest relating, and authentic discovery. With an extensive background in business strategy and consulting, she skillfully bridges structure and intuition, creating containers that honor both process and transformation. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to cofound Resilient Recovery, an innovative program integrating somatic nervous system work with addiction recovery to address root causes and center trauma-informed practice. FAQ

What if I can’t make a session live?

We highly recommend attending live for the full experience (the somatics, the relating, the emergent magic). That said, recordings of the teaching portions will be made available each week if you have to miss.

Will I get personalized feedback?

Yes. Between small group work, accountability buddies, and the option for 1:1 coaching, there are multiple opportunities to get direct support. While the large group sessions are more instructional and experiential, the smaller containers allow for more intimate processing and feedback.

What makes this course different?

With Beth’s decade of experience as a somatic therapist and Allie’s master’s in spiritual psychology, we bring a unique perspective to the dating industry. Over the past three years, we’ve hosted thousands of people at our events and have seen firsthand how somatic practices can completely shift the way someone shows up in dating.

Will this actually change how I date?

Only if you want it to. If you show up, stay open, and engage with the practices, you’ll walk away with a different capacity in your nervous system, a clearer lens, and an actual plan for how to relate from a more centered you, not your survival strategies.

I’m not even dating right now. Is this still for me?

Yes. This isn’t just a “how to date” course — it’s a reorientation to how you show up in connection. That’s relevant whether you’re single, dating, partnered, or in a season of pause. It’s about building the internal infrastructure for relating better.

Does your work ‘work’ - ? How do you know?

While this is the first time we’re offering an online course, we have been hosting thousands of singles across the country via a live event called, ‘the feels’ - and we know the same approach we’re applying here - embodiment, being open, unwinding patterns - is really effective. 70% of all feels attendees walk out with the contact info for someone they’re excited about, and we’ve got dozens of stories of ppl falling in love.

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You need a new framework, new tools.

If you’re ready to relate from your body — not just your brain — let’s begin. Spots are limited. First session starts OCTOBER 1.
