Claim Your SpotSo we mapped out the best path we could, for getting you from
The current landscape + why now is the hardest moment in history to be dating
How to overcome some of the macro-level challenges we’re in
How to tune into your body, so you can start to make new choices
How to identify your patterns, and start to re-wire them
New tools for relating 1:1 with ppl you’re called to
The mechanics of where and how to meet
on dating RN + why its so much harder for us than previous generations; the macro-forces that’re at our back + why its not our ‘fault’; assessing our dating lives + what changes we’re ready for; where we used to meet + why that’s shifted + how to navigate the ‘best’ way to meet now.
The history of how we’ve dated in the past, the role of expectations, releasing from what you’ve been holding.
Mapping a 3-part journey: building your relationship to yourself, acquiring new skills to show up in dyad, and creating community. Getting connected to your values, and the agreements you’re ready to make in the weeks ahead.
On self-trust + knowing yourself. Systems of knowing: thoughts, body, emotions, spiritual self. What an inner journey looks like; connecting to the patterns + behaviors + attachment patterns that’ve gotten you here.
On better dyads: getting clear on what you are looking for, how you want to feel, opening up to the unexpected, practicing vulnerability.
On better dyads, p 2: nervous system regulation, clearing resistances based on false beliefs, navigating co vs inter-depence, slow dating, encountering fear + being with it.
On community: the neuroscience of belonging, identifying shared values + shared activities + shared joy; ways to build community on an ongoing basis; where/when/how to meet; making commitments + being in the practice.
Being part of a movement: the tide shifts we’re in + the positive role we can play; practices to stay centered in the body, commitments + declarations moving forward, setting up ongoing support systems.
Pls note: this is a first installment. To that, we’re offering it at a reduced cost, and we’re delivering it relatively low-fi: we’ll be hosting the sessions on Zoom, managing group comms via WhatsApp + sending cal invites via GCal.
If you’re like us and like to be ‘early in’ - now is the moment to jump.

Beth Foley
Beth is a trauma-informed somatic educator, therapist, and facilitator passionate about guiding humans toward feeling more at home in their bodies and more connected in their relationships. She holds deep reverence for emergent experience— the magic that happens when we show up fully, in real time. Her work invites participants into deeper embodiment, honest relating, and authentic discovery. With an extensive background in business strategy and consulting, she skillfully bridges structure and intuition, creating containers that honor both process and transformation. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to cofound Resilient Recovery, an innovative program integrating somatic nervous system work with addiction recovery to address root causes and center trauma-informed practice.
