a 7-week online accountability + instructional experience to help you meet your relating goals for the year ahead

Begins Mar 5, 2026
Meets Thursdays at 1 PM EST

Say a big YES

We’ve built a community of thousands of singles who – individually and collectively – believe the same thing: it’s possible to better relate. We also get to ask, on an ongoing basis – what’s going to shift the needle to take singles from feeling stuck + like they’re in the same loops + meeting the same person over n over => feeling more self-trust, like they’re breaking their patterns + meeting someone equally interested in deeper connection.

Here’s what we know: they feel like the old way – namely, meeting on apps –  is dead + they’re really ready for what comes next.

…perhaps, if you’re here – then you are too?

Which is why we created this experience.

It’s not another course you’ll sign up for and drift away from.

It’s not therapy.

It’s a practice.

Like going to the gym, or meditating daily - but for your relational life.

In this installment of ‘the Feels’ Academy, we’re offering you the chance to participate in a 7 week group experience working on your relational life alongside other singles.

Week 1, we begin with a session led by Allie that will walk you though identifying what’s working – and not working – in your relational life.

From there – we’ll guide you into how you want relating to feel – and turn that into goals you’ll work on for the next 7 weeks.

You’ll be given a Group Bestie on Day 1, along w access to a WhatsApp thread to give you real time support + connection between sessions. Where possible, we’ll help alumni in the same city connect and organize meetups. We’re also planning in-person gatherings for NYC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco participants.

From there, each session will include

A lesson from Allie or Beth focused on improving your dating life; topics will include but not be limited to pattern rewiring to identifying projection to somatics 101;

Time to share on the topic to ensure its landing for you;

1:1 breakouts with your Group Bestie to stay accountable;

Opening + closing space.

In this group we’ll focus on

1
New seeing: being able to tune into ourselves ever deeper, so that we might bring more intimacy into our relationships w another;
2
More self-trust: learning to access your inner knowing so you can tell  what’s a ‘yes’ + what’s a ‘no’ - and being able to communicate clearly from that place;
3
More understanding: we’ll guide you into reflecting on your family of origin, and how early experiences create adaptive patterns that influence your adult relationships + help you determine which ones are worth keeping;
4
More connection: we’ll drop you into close contact + safe space w a community of singles who are ready for more openness, more courage + more connection.
What you’ll walk away with:

Consistent + structured accountability - to yourself, your Course Bestie + the wider group;

A practice of learning, goal setting + staying ‘on track’;

New inner resources;

A new flavor of connection via 1:1 work;

A deep bond with your cohort.

FAQ

What if I can’t make a session live? arrow

We highly recommend attending live for the full experience (the group dynamic, accountability, the emergent magic). That said, recordings of the teaching portions will be made available each week if you have to miss. The interactive and relational pieces won’t be replicated on replay.

Will I get personalized feedback? arrow

Yes. Support happens through your Group Bestie, 1:1 breakout time, the cohort container, and ongoing check-ins between sessions. The structure is designed so you’re not doing this work alone, even when the full group is larger.

How is this different from your past courses? arrow

This isn’t a one-off workshop or something you passively consume. It’s a practice-based accountability container. The focus is less on information and more on integration — noticing patterns, setting intentions, and actually staying with them over time, with others alongside you.

What’s the balance between teaching and sharing? arrow

Each session includes a short instructional from Allie or Beth, followed by time to reflect, share, and work things through in smaller configurations. The goal isn’t to overload you with concepts, but to help the material land in a way that’s usable in your real relational life.

Will this actually change how I date? arrow

Only if you want it to.  If you show up, stay open, and engage with the practices, you’ll walk away with a different capacity in your nervous system, a clearer lens, and an actual plan for how to relate from a more centered you, not your survival strategies.

I’m not even dating right now. Is this still for me? arrow

Yes. This group isn’t about optimizing dates or app strategy — it’s a reorientation to how you show up in connection. That’s relevant whether you’re single, dating, partnered, or in a season of pause. It’s about building the internal infrastructure for relating better.

Does your work ‘work’ - ? How do you know? arrow

This group builds on years of live ‘the feels’ events with thousands of singles. and we know the same approach we’re applying here – embodiment, being open, unwinding patterns – is really effective. 70% of all feels attendees walk out with the contact info for someone they’re excited about, and we’ve got dozens of stories of ppl falling in love.

You are not broken, and neither is your relational life.
You need better support.

If you’re ready to do the work alongside others who are committed to real change, you're wanted here. Spots are limited. First session starts March, 5th 2026.

what people are saying about our online offerings

“I love the container that you created — the mix of presentation and participant sharing in breakouts kept me engaged and curious. I really appreciated the question choices that helped us start creating psychological safety with each other. I have so much to learn about listening to my body and wish I knew more before and during my last relationship.”
